Returns made easy

By purchasing this returns label directly from our online store, you can ensure that your return is correctly addressed, quickly processed and traceable. This saves time and reduces potential addressing errors. Processing is handled by reliable shipping service providers with shipment tracking.

Pricing according to region

The costs for your return label depend on your country of residence. This allows you to organize your returns transparently and predictably:

• Austria & Germany: 4.90€
• Other EU countries: 9.90€

Please note: A return without our official return label is of course also possible. In this case, however, you are responsible for the organization and shipping costs.

How it works - step by step

1. Add the return label to your shopping cart like an item.
2. Complete the order process as usual.
3. We will create your personal return label and send it to you by email. This can take up to one working day.
4. Print out the label and stick it clearly visible on your parcel.
5. Hand in the parcel to a partner of the respective shipping service provider (e.g. Post, DHL, Hermes).

Important note on the processing time

After your purchase, the returns label will be generated manually and sent to you by email. Please understand that this can take up to 24 hours - especially on weekends or public holidays. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.
