Masha Lina Borodin, founder and designer of MASCHALINA, began designing individual jewelry for friends at the age of 20. Today, her brand is internationally renowned. Her exclusive designs - handmade statement earrings made from Swarovski pearls and gemstones - have been presented at Milan Fashion Week and worn by celebrities such as Anna Ermakova at the Oscars. Mascha stands for female empowerment, fair production in Viennese workshops and a creative vision that empowers women in their individuality.

Managing Director
Mario Ostroski was appointed Managing Director in the course of MASCHALINA's expansion. His task: to further develop the brand vision, open up new markets and inspire customers at all levels. With a clear focus on excellent customer experience, international growth and strategic brand management, he is driving the company forward together with Mascha. His close collaboration with the founder, his conviction in the design, quality and unique flair of the brand and his pride in our large community with numerous loyal customers make him a convinced ambassador for MASCHALINA.
