Our unique designs are made in our Viennese Workshops with high-quality materials , for example with Swarovski pearls, semi-precious stones, and precious metals.

Our MASCHALINA Earrings, Earstuds, Head Pieces, and Necklaces with bands are not waterproof. All MASCHALINA Bracelets and Necklaces with a Silver cord are waterproof

Our Maschalina bracelets with silver pendants and silver necklaces can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. After wearing, Maschalina jewellery should be stored in a sturdy jewellery box or on a jewelry stand. Pressure on the jewelry should be avoided. Jewellery that is not waterproof should be removed before showering, bathing, exercising or sleeping.

For the transport of your MASCHALINA jewellery, we recommend you use a stable jewellery box . Putting pressure on your jewellery should be avoided.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all MASCHALINA jewellry starting on your order date. The warranty includes all mistakes with production. It does not cover scratches, damage due to obvious external causes (bent jewelry, broken chains, broken cords), dirt, unsuitable storage, wear and tear.

We are very sorry to hear that your earring is broken. Since we value good quality, a repair is possible in our workshop in Vienna. For repairs that require stitching, we charge a Flat rate from 29,00€ + shipping. Please send the entire pair to our Maschalina studio in Vienna:
