We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Please note the following steps and conditions:
Return Process
You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Send your returns to our studio at:

Processing Time
Once the package has arrived, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Important Note: Promotional items are excluded from exchanges and returns.
Return Label on Request
If you prefer a return label, we offer this for €3.90 within Austria and Germany. For other countries, the fee is €9.90. Please click here to purchase the return label as a product: [Request Return Label]
After purchase, we will send you the return label. Simply attach it to your package and drop it off at a DPD parcel shop near you. Find your nearest DPD shop here.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we will obviously cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us via the contact form, and we will take care of everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
